XND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Dear Band/Artist:
XND MEDIUM, INC. ("XND") prides itself on promoting Artists from around the globe. To be successful in our promotion; maximizing benefits to both Artist and XND, we need to follow certain basic protocols, relative to the playing of Artists' materials on our Medium. If your materials are accepted by XND, they may (in XND's sole discretion) be broadcast, used, published and/or disseminated (possibly after being reformatted, from analog to digital) on XND1.com; XNDradio.com; XNDtv.com; XNDmag.com; XNDhangout.com; XNDgaming.com; and/or XNDshop.com. ALl of these media venues stream through XND's internet portal, giving you, the Artist, a panoply of promotional exposure.
Under most circumstances, XND Will not accept direct mailings of Artists' materials. Instead, we ask that you download and fill out the Artist Application, as well as the "Artist Promotion Agreement" and mail both completed forms to the address listed inside the agreement forms. Once these two documents have been signed by you, and received by us, you may "upload" all materials which you wish to submit to XND for XND's subsequent use, dissemination, etc.
NOTE: If you are part of a band, or if any other person (or party - including, but not limited to your agent and/or band manager) has any right(s) to any of the material(s) which you intend to supply to XND, they must (each) also sign the "Artist Promotion Agreement" as well!
Along with faxing us the "Artist Application" and "Artist Promotion Agreement", upload your bio (as well as the bios of your band and all of its members) onto XNDARTIST.com or the XND Artists section in XNDHangout.com. To accomplish this, you must create an account on xndartist.com's "sign up" section.
We strongly urge that you upload ALL materials (in their finished format) that you have created up to today's date that you want aired by XND, but make certain that all of these same materials have been included in the "Artist Application" form you submit.
Be certain to fax an "Artist Promotion Agreement", completely filled-out and signed by the band manager, as well as each and every one of the Band Members.
In the event you (or your band's) address changes, please let us know immediately.
When you plan to release new materials let us know via email (info@xnd1.com), and upload a copy of the material(s) to us immediately.
If your band would like to include promotional materials (CDs, T-Shirts, stickers, etc.) for on-air or website giveaways, let us know via email: info@xnd1.com so that we can know when to expect the package.
For years; and at tremendous cost, XND has worked tirelessly on exploring and then establishing new venues for the worldwide dissemination of Artists' materials. Because of our costly efforts, XND's global audiences receive your materials, messages, graphics, etc. into their homes, offices, computers, etc. While we do not ask any recompense for this gift that we make, in the process of promoting you, the Artist, we ask you to realize that in this business, networking is everything. Join our efforts in expanding XND's presence and impact - place a link on your webpage(s), directing your fans, followers, etc. to our website: www.xndhangout.com/(your username). This will give you an opportunity to showcase your information profile page with others. In other words, help us, help you.
