2G'z [God’z Gift] is the “Rat Pack” of Hip Hop it’s more than a group it is a brotherhood, a family and support system. A crew formed long ago by Black [Manager], Pup aka Sean, M-Hat, Young Fligg, and others called “God’z Gift To Women”. Unknown to them at the time their once crew would later become an innovative rap duo.

The evolution of the duo was discovered on a fluke when M-Hat began working for Bryce Wilson in 2002 as caretaker of his music studio in Burbank, California. One evening, just fooling around the music engineer asked Hat and Fligg to step in the recording booth. The chemistry was so dynamic, such a magnetic energy they ended up recording three tracks. Shortening the name to God’z Gift, because anybody can be God’z Gift to anything.

Their style is R&B hook-inspired with beat-driven sounds, what Hat refers to as “Thug Party Music”. Their musical sound is derived from the spirit of living and celebrating the infamous West Coast way of life. They believe that no mater where you came from, where you are or about to go, you always have to stay truth to yourself. This state of mind is what sets them apart from your traditional West Coast Rapper stereotype.

God’z Gift is not only a rap duo that is about to change the game, sound and hustle of the music industry; it is a lifestyle. It’s the way of living, grinding, and playing hard without losing focus of what is most important in One’s life. God’z Gift is a way of living in your achievements, it’s a belief system about being loyal to you and yours.
