Teresa Hall, the host of Pro-Health Views, brings more than a decade of fitness and nutrition experience to web site visitors. She holds a bachelor's of science degree in dietetics from Purdue University and has been a registered and licensed dietitian and nutritionist since 1993.

She's been a spokesperson for the health and food industry, directed children's nutrition programs for schools and camps, consulted for nursing homes, worked as a clinical dietitian for cardiac patients and diabetics, led weight management classes and even taught aerobics.

Teresa is an active member of the American Dietetic Association, the American Nutraceutical Association, the American Council for Fitness and Nutrition, Nutrition in Complementary Care (NCC) and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN). She also serves on the board of the Indiana Public Health Foundation.

Her columns and articles have appeared in multiple newspapers and hospital publications. Plus, daily newspapers and consumer magazines including the Post Tribune, The Times, Daily Herald and Men's Fitness have used her as an expert resource for their health and nutrition coverage. She has also hosted her own radio show and appeared as a guest on several TV news channels.

Wherever Teresa goes you can be sure she's advocating a holistic approach to wellness and sharing tips for building a better and stronger "you" from the inside out.
